WOMAN FILES CUSTODY SUIT FOR BEYONCE’S DAUGHTER

As if Beyonce didn't have enough to contend with at the moment, what with the rumours circulating about infidelity and marital breakdown, a woman has alleged that she was used by Beyonce as a surrogate and has filed a lawsuit to gain custody of Blue Ivy.

The woman, named Tina Seals, is hoping the lawsuit will result in her gaining full custody of Beyonce and Jay Z's child and being declared the maternal mother.

Seals' lawsuit specifically state that she is the biological mother of Blue Ivy and that she wants a judge to declare that she has maternal rights and then provide her with full custody of the little girl.

According to a report in HollywoodLife.com, if the claims are true the woman would have a chance at parental rights.

Matrimonial Family Expert Leslie Barbara told the website: "It is entirely possible that a surrogate could come in and have some rights to a child. Even if rights were relinquished in a contract."

However, it looks as if the claims are untrue and that Seals has a history of suing celebrity mums. She has previously claimed to be the mother of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's daughter North, Michael Jackson's children Prince, Paris and Blanket, and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's son Prince George.

The case against Beyonce and Jay Z comes a week after Seals' case against West and Kardashian was thrown out of court for being 'clearly baseless'.

It looks like Beyonce and Jay Z have nothing to worry about, though it isn't the first time that there has been speculation about the maternity of Blue Ivy. After a TV appearance when Beyonce's baby bump appeared to change shape after she sat down, conspiracy theorists went to town and suggested that the pregnancy was a fake.

Beyonce hit back, saying: "It wasn't hurtful, it was just crazy. As for the 'prosthetic bump', it was a fabric that folded. Does fabric not fold? Oh my gosh, so stupid."
