•For roughly 24 hours, the Internet saw Miley Cyrus wear something that left it - yes, the entire Internet - stunned: a simple, chic, sparkling gown, accessorized with her tongue squarely inside of her mouth. •We can't say the same for Katy Perry, though. Her story about asking Taylor Swift and Miley for locks of their hair at her first Grammys show - which she then proceeded to keep in her purse with little ribbons tied around them - is walking a very fine line between weird and awesome. [E!]
