Amanda Bynes is claimed to be "struggling" to deal with being back in rehab - after being placed on involuntary psychiatric hold last week and it has emerged that the 28-year-old former child star was apparently tricked into going to a treatment facility in California by her friend Sam Lufti.
He is reported by TMZ to have told her he would help her sue her parents and that he was arranging for her to meet a lawyer but when a car took her to the "lawyer's office" she was grabbed by medical staff and forcibly detained at the Pasdena centre.
RadarOnline quotes a source as saying that she's having trouble adapting to being back in rehab though.
"Amanda is having a tough time adjusting to treatment again," the mole said.
"However, the facility she is in is truly first class and it will be a calming environment to deal with her issues out of the spotlight."
Her parents are reported to be seeking a new conservatorship over her, following recent erratic behaviour including an arrest for suspected DUI.
